Who I Am
AI that actually ships.
I'm Dave. I help small and mid-sized teams turn AI from a slide deck into a working system — with a real project plan, a real cost model, and a measurable outcome.
The work isn't replacing people with AI.
It's redesigning the workflow around it.
Most teams I meet have already paid for the tools. What they're missing is the engineering rigor — the plumbing, the guardrails, the handoffs — that turns a clever demo into something the business can actually rely on. That's the gap I close.
Operational lift
Quotes, intake, scheduling, billing — the boring loops eating your week. I rebuild them around models that handle the routine and escalate the rest.
Consulting time, on tap
Prepaid blocks of senior consulting hours your team can spend on whatever's actually slowing them down — strategy calls, vendor reviews, second opinions, policy drafting. No project to scope; just call when you need help.
Knowledge that compounds
Your SOPs, contracts, tickets, and call transcripts — searchable, summarized, and connected. The institutional knowledge stops walking out the door.
Governance that holds up
Policy, access control, audit trails. The boring half of AI that decides whether your project survives its first compliance review.
Dave turned the scariness of AI into actionable processes I could immediately use. I saved at least 4 hours a week following what he recommended. I wholeheartedly endorse Dave and want you to know he can help you, too!
Dave introduced me to the world of AI when I read his book for input. I was amazed at what he knew and what that could mean to me. I wholeheartedly recommend picking up his book “AI Mastery — A Complete 60 Day Plan!” — it will ground you in AI and make you a capable user moving to power user.
I am not technically gifted, but Dave was able to explain the topics to me in a way I could understand. I use ChatGPT all the time now!
Before I read the book AI Mastery — a Complete 60 Day Plan! I didn't know exactly what to do with AI. Based on what I learned, I have found many uses and tools to help me on my journey. Thanks, Dave!
Three rules I don't bend.
Outcomes, not adjectives
Every engagement opens with a written outcome — what changes, by when, measured how. If we can't write it down, we shouldn't sign it.
Plain language only
No jargon stacking, no acronym soup. If a stakeholder can't repeat the plan back to you in one sentence, the plan isn't done.
Ship something small first
A working slice in week three beats a perfect plan in month six. We pick the smallest useful win and build out from a system that already runs.
Have a project in mind? Let's talk.
A 30-minute call is enough to tell you whether AI is the right answer, and what it would cost to find out. No deck, no pitch.
